Partnering with Schools

“Music education and music retail share a partnership, neither can survive without the other.”  Rob Gibson, owner

So what is Holze’s doing to uphold our end of the partnership?  It is our goal to support our local school music programs through superior service, exceptional knowledge of our product, and bringing music students what they need most:  education.

Owners Rob Gibson and Kyle Gibson, two former band directors, know what it takes to provide a quality education to students, and they have designed their business to emulate what a band director would want from their music store.

Our Instruments

With our no interest rental plan, we enable students to give a band or orchestra program a try, without burdening the parents financially.  When your student excels and is ready to step up to a better instrument, we assist with several options to fund your students’ success, as well as our Prestige Program, rewarding your child’s success with discounts for you.  All of our instruments are approved by your child’s band directors, leaving you one less thing to worry about.

Our Staff

When you walk in the door of a Holze Bandstand, you will be greeted by a musician, not a salesperson.  The majority of employees in the stores have music degrees from various universities, and have been where your child is: the beginner band seat.  Each week, your child’s director is being visited by a Holze’s educational representative, to ensure that he or she has everything they need to make your child’s education complete.

Our Commitment to You

All of these things are something you should expect out of your local music store, but how are we different?  We’re going above and beyond.  This year we have donated over $50,000 to school music programs and church programs across the state by contributing to trips, purchasing ads in concert programs, even funding the TMEA Honor Band programs, making sure everyone has the ability to learn through music.  A part of every cent that is spent at Holze Music makes its way back to support music education in your community. In this coming year, we will be partnering with local music groups and colleges, giving them the ability to perform in high schools and junior highs in the area, enabling your child to hear a professional musician, and see the results of hard work and practice.

So when you are ready to choose your music store, make sure they are doing the same thing you are: making sure your child has the best education possible.
